Home >NSWLearning Track

NSWLearning is an asynchronous approach to online Christian education that was established in 1999 (asychronous means it does not have live teaching). Learning material for each subject is available on our learning portal / virtual learning environment (VLE) and can be studied at each child's own pace, providing the overall courses are completed on time. Each course is led by a subject specialist tutor, who can can be contacted by email for advice and who marks and provides feedback on student assignments.

NSWLearning courses offer great flexibility: you can choose any number and combination of courses, at any level and when to study during the NSW year.

Fees

Pre-IGCSE courses: £240 per course.

(i.e. for a student undertaking History 7, Science 1 and French 7 the total fee would be £720).

IGCSE courses: £480 per course.

(please note this is the total cost of each IGCSE course normally taken over two years)

Additional fees

Any shipping and postage fees are charged at cost.

Please note that textbooks are not included in the course fees and we are only able to receive payments in Pound Sterling.

Additional Information

Using our web-based learning portal and conventional email, our tutors can assist our students wherever in the world they are located.

Our tutors act as facilitators, rather than teachers, providing tutorial support and assessing students' assignments. Student progress is monitored throughout the year and near the end of Term Three, tutors write a report on each student's overall progress during the year.

Lessons and assignments are posted in courses on our learning platform, where students can download them and work at times to suit themselves. Students study using textbooks, Britannica Online Student Edition and other educational resources. Work is returned to experienced tutors for marking and feedback via our learning portal.
