Immanuel Online School is committed to providing an exceptional education within a supportive Christian environment. We aim to make high-quality education as accessible as possible. As an online school, we can offer significantly lower fees than site-based UK independent schools, while maintaining an excellent standard of teaching and support.
We welcome many students from leading online schools that charge higher fees. Families consistently value our personalised attention, small class sizes, and the quality of care we provide, which together with our Christian ethos sets us apart (see our testimonials).
We ask families to consider the cost of enrolment carefully before committing, as late or unpaid fees affect the school, its resources, tutor payments and the quality of education we provide. Our fees are simple and transparent, covering all tutorial classes, seminars, and learning portal access.
Fees can be paid termly or annually (with a discount). Textbooks are not included and are purchased separately by parents or guardians.
A non-refundable holding deposit is payable on enrolment for each student. The deposit is credited against the first fee instalment.
All fees are payable by bank transfer or direct debit and must be received at least one month before the start of the term or academic year to which they relate.
School fees do not include IGCSE exam fees, which are paid separately to the examination provider in the location where exams are taken.
On the NSW Track, students can choose from a range of courses. There is no live teaching but each student is assigned a tutor. This option is popular with home-educating families and with secondary schools we support.

From September 2025, the fees stated are exclusive of VAT; VAT will be added where applicable.
Fees cover academic and pastoral tutors, server and technical infrastructure, content, maintenance and administrative support. They are set to remain affordable while sustaining high-quality provision.
